Being one of the top Armenian experts in the IT field, Dr. Kocharov worked in 75 countries delivering IT solutions that support humanitarian aid and international development efforts thus making an immense contribution to the successful and efficient implementation of international development and national government projects all over the world. We aim to build the community of Kochard, a community of those who make life better.
At the same time, charity and helping those in need have always been an indispensable part of David’s life and activities – throughout his life, he has supported various charity and development projects aimed at helping disadvantaged communities and families in Armenia, Artsakh, and abroad.
Kochard Foundation was established to continue David’s legacy of caring for those in need and his continuous strive to make the world a kinder and better place.
The Foundation aims to support children and adolescents suffering from intestinal diseases (particularly inflammatory bowel disease - IBD) to receive a timely and complete diagnosis and treatment. Having suffered from a severe IBD case himself, Dr. Kocharov has been advocating to raise awareness of this disease.
The Foundation is committed to helping children and adolescents needing treatment of intestinal diseases to get a chance at a better and healthier life through:
- Providing financial aid for diagnosis and treatment
- Raising awareness regarding intestinal diseases, particularly IBD
- Supporting research in this field to attain a complete insight into this disease and possible treatment.
BY ESTABLISHING THE FOUNDATION, WE AIM TO BUILD THE COMMUNITY OF KOCHARD, A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR THOSE IN NEED OF HELP.
